The LEO Design Group is a full service event planning company and design production firm. We create extraordinary atmospheres that inspire in Philadelphia and beyond. Our clients come to us for over the edge, sophisticated, and reliable event consulting and production. Under the direction of founder Heather Pasko, LEO has become one of the most trusted names in event planning.
LEO events are unique and reflect the personality of each client. Additionally, we feature a personal network of the finest wedding professionals, venue spaces, and creative minds working together to create events unparalleled by any other event organization. LEO also features Showrooms and a wedding magazine, as well as a trusted online source that showcases the best-of-the-best vendors in the area around each city where a LEO Showroom is located. They also feature a wonderland of design ideas, fabrics, rentals, lighting, and more!
After her own wedding and reception went awry with disappointing services from local vendors, wilted flowers, and poor quality catering, Heather Pasko wanted to help prevent this from happening to other unsuspecting brides. She has been empowering couples to make educated choices since the start of her business in 2000, successfully merging her special events and hospitality experience with her design and management skills to create sensational, emotional, and unforgettable weddings and special events.
In April 2009, Heather opened her first bridal Showroom in West Reading followed by another in Chester County in December 2011. In 2013, LEO expanded into a larger showroom in West Reading, adding a full line of rental furniture as well as other unique pieces. LEO Wedding Magazine was launched in 2014 featuring styled shoots, the newest trends and Real Weddings! In 2017 LEO opened their 3rd location in the Valley Forge Casino, King of Prussia! Also, new to 2017 are the LEO Elite Awards where hard working and talented wedding professionals are honored at our annual gala!

Even though Katie had been planning events for more than 12 years, a magical thing happened when she met Heather at the LEO Couture Bridal Showcase while planning her own wedding. A year later, she completed the LEO Elite Event Planning Program and joined the LEO Team, and she hasn’t looked back since! Her passion doesn’t just rest with weddings; she has a charitable spirit and is part of the March of Dimes Signature Chef Auction. Katie pulls her inspiration from her BA in Theater: Directing from Muhlenberg College - which is currently the top school for theater in the nation (Princeton Review). Katie loves working with all kinds of couples, but specializes in offbeat weddings with dramatic flair. She approaches each event as a production, and knows how to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.
